Payment by card: Purchases are made by bank card. Accepted bank cards are: Visa, MasterCard, or Euro 6000. The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account within 4 days from the date of the order, and the transaction will be considered complete after confirmation from the bank's payment processing center. If the POS (Point of Sale) terminal reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online.
Cash on delivery : Payment is made upon delivery by the transport company. The additional cost for this method will be 3% (plus VAT) of the order amount, with a minimum commission of €4.50.
Bank transfer. This payment method is free of charge for the customer. Refunds will be credited to the account specified by the customer. To pay an invoice, please include: Invoice number. Name of the person making the payment. Payments should be made to Bonsai Pavía at the account number provided by the company. Send proof of payment to info@bonsaipavia.es with "Proof of Payment" in the subject line.
PayPal: With this payment method, the charge will be processed according to the customer's PayPal agreement. Similarly, any refunds due from the company will be issued via PayPal. This payment method is free of charge for the customer.
